- Giveaway Summary: Entry into this Contest begins 8:00am NOVEMBER 3, 2022 and ends 11:59pm November 6, 2022. Any entries received after the contest period will not be considered. This contest consists of 1 winner from all eligible entries received between these dates. To enter, send a photo with your first and last name to sarahcates@macaronikid.com OR post it as a comment in the designated contest Facebook post. By entering into this contest, you consent to permitting Macaroni Kid Concord to use the photo for contest purposes only and contact you in the event you win. No purchase necessary and purchase anywhere will not, in any way, increase chances of winning. Winner will be announced at or around 8:00am November 14, 2022. Entry in this contest does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in this contest, each entrant unconditionally agrees to comply with these official rules. The individual that submitted the photo with the most votes will receive (4) 60-Minute Jump Passes for Altitude Trampoline Park- Concord (valued at $64). One random voter will receive (2) 60-Minute Jump Passes for Alttitude Trampoline Park- Concord (valued at over $32).
- Privacy Policy: It is Macaroni Kid’s privacy policy not to share, sell, loan, or rent entrant’s contact information (name, email address, etc.) to any third party. However, by entering into this contest you consent to allowing Macaroni Kid Concord to: (1) contact you via email to alert you if you have won; and (2) post your first and last name along with the prize you have won in the event you win on Macaroni Kid Concord’s website and/or Facebook page. In addition, in the event you win, your contact information may be shared with the prize provider for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of your prize.
- Drawing: Entry into this Contest begins at 8:00am November 3, 2022 and ends 11:59pm November 6, 2022. Any entries received after the giveaway period will not be considered. To enter, a person must email a photo to sarahcates@macaronikid.com or post it as a comment on the designated contest Facebook post. Winner will be decided by the general public's votes November 8 to November 13, 2022 at 11:59pm. All those that vote (once per email) are eligible to win (2) 60-Minute Jump Passes for Altitude Trampoline Park- Concord. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible voters. Macaroni Kid Concord will announce the winners on its website and will contact the winner via email. If a potential winner declines prize, fails to respond to three email efforts to contact him or her or fails to use the prize, Macaroni Kid will not select another winner and the prize will be forfeited. If a dispute arises over a prize, the winner is the person to whom the email account is registered.
- Prizes: Prizes consist of (4) 60-Minute Jump Passes for Altitude Trampoline Park- Concord for the winner of the photo contest and (2) 60-Minute Jump Passes for Alttitude Trampoline Park- Concord for one randomly chosen voter. Prizes will be mailed within the United States.
- Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Macaroni Kid Concord reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- Conditions of Participation: Each prize winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes, along with any other fees or expenses, associated with any prize he or she wins. Accepting a prize constitutes winner’s consents to the use of their name, city and state for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or notice, to the extent such use is permitted by law.
- Eligibility: To be eligible to win the contest's prize, entrant must submit a photo to sarahcates@macaronikid.com with first and last name or post it on the designated contest Facebook post between 8:00am November 3, 2022 and 11:59pm November 6, 2022. Voting will be done through a Google form November 8 to November 13, 2022 at 11:59pm. You must be a subscriber or automatically opt-in while voting in order to have the vote count. By voting, you are opting in to be a subscriber. An entrant is not eligible to win if he or she is under 18 years of age as of November 3, 2022 or not a legal resident of and currently residing in one of the 50 U.S. states or the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter or win. One vote per email per contest. Odds of winning depend on total numbers of entries. Macaroni Kid Concord is not responsible for problems encountered with computer systems, equipment, failure of email, or problems with the internet or entrant’s internet connection.
Macaroni Kid and Macaroni Kid Concord assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, problems or technical malfunctions of any computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of human error, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway. - Disputes/Governing Law/Jurisdiction: Any dispute arising out of this sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire, without reference to its choice of law rules. By participating in this giveaway, all participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New Hampshire for resolution of any disputes arising hereunder.
- Winner Information: Winners will be notified by email (up to 3 times) to the email address provided or by Facebook message. Also, the winner’s name will be posted on the Macaroni Kid Concord website and Facebook page.
